Tapshop Terms & Conditions of Sale
Please
read our Terms and Conditions of Sale prior to purchasing goods from our
site. Placing an order will confirm your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale:
1. All prices are in Pounds Sterling.
2. All products and services are subject to availability and may be
withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be
offered an alternative or given a full refund.
3.Deliveries are restricted to the UK. Orders with a nett value of less than £50 will incur a shipping charge of £5 plus vat.
Orders with a nett value of £50 or more will include this £5 plus vat delivery charge. (ie: the Tapshop prices quoted INCLUDE DELIVERY on orders over £50 net).
4. Your order will normally be despatched within 3 working days. In the case of GOLD finished items, we will endeavour to meet this target, but current demand is much higher than normal. At this point in time please allow 1 to 2 working weeks for delivery of GOLD finished items.
You will be advised of any undue delay or if the item is not available.(Annual or BANK HOLIDAYS may affect this service).
5. Payment can be made by any major credit or debit card. Payment will
be debited from your account before the despatch of your purchase. We will
take all reasonable care, in so far as it is within our power to do so, to
keep the details of your order secure, but in the absence of negligence on
our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third
party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing
or ordering from our site.
6. In the unlikely event that your product is lost or damaged in
transit please contact us in writing. In the case of non-delivery please
wait 10 days from the date of your order in case it has been delayed. In
the case of damaged goods please retain the product and all packaging and contact us within
24 hours of receipt.
DATA PROTECTION
We request your name and address to enable us to provide you with an
efficient after-sales service but we WILL NOT pass your name and address
to ANY third parties.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEED
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it in its original carton
within 14 days of the despatch date with your receipt, providing it is undamaged.
A refund will be made, less our standard nominal delivery charge of £5.00 plus vat, except where goods have been exported to a country outside the UK, when the actual
delivery cost to us will be deducted.
All items within the package must be separated and protected from rough handling which will inevitably occur during transit.
You will be entirely responsible for the cost of return delivery and for the safe return of goods.
Subject to the above and Paragraph 6, any goods returned damaged, incomplete or in a used condition will be returned to you and the cost of delivery charged to
your account, or a restocking surcharge will be levied at a minimum of 15% of the price charged.
PRODUCT QUALITY GUARANTEED
If your product should develop a fault within 28 days of purchase we
will repair it, exchange it for an equivalent product if available, or if
you prefer, refund your money (your product should still be in new
condition and with the original packaging, any accessories and receipt).
PRODUCT GUARANTEE
All products carry a 1 year guarantee. This guarantee specifically excludes faults
caused by accident, neglect or misuse. Where a guarantee term longer than one year is offered
with any product or individual component, this is a MANUFACTURER'S guarantee, and it is additional to this guarantee by TAPSHOP. During the
period of guarantee, subject to the conditions above, products will be
repaired free of charge for both parts and labour. NOTHING IN THE ABOVE GUARANTEE AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS
